- Across three lessons, you learn to move from using AI as a glorified typewriter to building a repeatable way of working with it. You begin by turning AI into a skeptical co-founder that stress-tests your idea, then structure messy field notes into honest evidence without inventing data. Next, you feed AI your real-world constraints to design a fail-safe workflow, stress-test it with a red-team prompt, and turn its weakest points into a field-test plan. Finally, you convert that workflow into rider cards, customer messages and an incident log, review them for safety, fairness, privacy and honesty, read messy pilot notes without inventing success rates, and assemble everything into a living AI Operating Playbook. Throughout, one principle holds: AI drafts, people decide, and you promise only what you have tested.
